Few weeks ago at Computex 2017, PNY Technologies has announced its intention to release the company’s GeForce graphics cards into our market. As promised, multiple models of PNY GeForce GTX 10-series graphics cards can now be obtained in Malaysia.
In general, PNY GeForce graphics cards are divided into two types: standard series and the beefed up XLR8 series. For the first batch of PNY cards in Malaysia, the GTX 1050 solely comes in standard model while the GTX 1050 Ti and GTX 1060 can be obtained in the form of either series.
As for GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 Ti, they are available solely as XLR8 models. GTX 1080 is not listed in the company’s price list at the time being but still listed as part of the XLR8 Malaysia launch promo and the company has confirmed the card might be made available in the market slightly later.
At this moment, PNY GeForce graphics card can be obtained at six retailers which have been deemed as the brand’s premium resellers in Malaysia. Price-wise, the most affordable model in the list is its GTX 1050 which costs RM 589 while the most premium models is its GTX 1080 Ti XLR8 that goes for RM 4,049.
