Rockstar has let the cat out of the bag about the Red Dead Redemption sequel. Simply called Red Dead Redemption 2, the game is set to be released in about a year; which means that there are few details about what it might be about.
A cryptic tweet appeared from Rockstar over the weekend, sparking theories that the company was finally getting back to the Red Dead Redemption franchise. Of course, it didn’t help that the company followed the tease with a second image featuring a line of cowboys.
For now, all that is know is the release date; and that the game is being made for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. No luck for PC gamers who were hoping to at least get a port of the original game.
Interestingly, the reveal poster has seven people on it, and gives off a Magnificent Seven vibe. It’s difficult to say if this means anything, but there is a reveal trailer due to be released tomorrow on Youtube.’
