This is rather surprising: with any indication, Sony Malaysia today has announced the availability of the new Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet in our market. As you might able to recall, the tablet was originally launched at MWC 2014 and a number of Sony Centre in Klang Valley have begin to accept pre-orders from customers last month.
For our market, Sony Malaysia has opt to release both Wi-Fi and LTE variants of the Xperia Tablet Z2. The Wi-Fi only model is priced at RM 1,999 while the LTE version carries a higher price tag of RM 2,299.
Both models run on Android 4.4 and is powered by a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor alongside 3GB of RAM. They are also equipped with 16GB internal storage and support for Micro SD card.
