Buying things and promptly forgetting about them is a very human trait. Especially if you have many other things going on. Yahoo has done this and discovered a massive trove of domain names it bought a while ago and never used. And since they don’t know what to do with it all, they are selling it off to the highest bidder.
The auction will last a week (from 14 to 21 November), and contains some interesting domains that could end up fetching a ridiculous price. Although the reserve range is a little higher than some people would be willing to pay to own these things.
