Xpax to launch prepaid BlackBerry plans

Remember how we said that the new Curve 8520 was the most affordable BlackBerry to date? Well, we don’t have an exact price for you just yet since BlackBerry only sells via telcos, but it seems that the Xpax division of Celcom has deemed it affordable enough to set up a pre-order form on their website.

Again, no actual numbers are to be found anywhere on the page, but rest assured that we’ll keep you up to speed once anything is announced.

I tried out the site but there is no word on how much the phone will cost nor how much the blackberry will cost me. Without this info, I am reluctant to pre-book.Maxis is already offering prepaid blackberry on their self-care menu. My cousin subscribed and is using the service already with an old bb phone. I am also keen but need to see what the price Maxis and Celcom is offering first.
