Video game anthems and symphony music aren't exactly a natural pairing, but that's exactly what you'll get when you step into Video Games Live (VGL).

The one night concert of sorts will take place in the Singapore Indoor Stadium this Friday (19 June) and promises a stellar performance by the NUS class choir and orchestra, but instead of belting out classics from Mozart or Bach, they will instead be performing a tribute to the video game culture.

Armed with exclusive video game footage and music arrangements, and accompanied with a spectacular display of synchronised lighting, live action and solo performances, you can expect hit anthems from classic arcade favorites like Castlevania, Final Fantasy, GuitarHero, Metal Gear Solid, Sonic, Space Invaders, Diablo, TRON, The Legend of Zelda, Kingdom Hearts, Mario, WarCraft, and many more.
