For the past two weeks I've been playing around with the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1. I apologize for not posting these unboxing photos earlier, but I was so smitten with excitement, it's a miricle I even remembered to reach for the camera! This isn't a full review - that one's coming soon - so in the mean time, enjoy these unboxing photos!
Full story after the jump.
For Sony Ericsson's new flagship model, I was looking forward to a more elaborate box. Oh well, I guess it's what awaits inside is more important huh?
Pull back the XPERIA flaps to unveil the almighty X1.
In terms of size, this one fits in the palm perfectly. Well, into my palm at least.
You'll find a mini USB port on the left hand side of the body. This port is used for charging the phone as well as connecting it to your computer's USB port.
On top you'll find the power button, the stylus as well as a 3.5mm audio jack.
And on the back, you'll see the 3.2MP camera.
It slides open easily, but I found the buttons a little too small for my pudgy fingers. Take note that there is a touchpad inside the directional keys.
The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 in it's full slid glory!
