Comment: Will be looking forward to the indepth review of this X1. Wonder what kind of innovation sony has over the other HTC's. If all good might be saving up for this one. Probably jason case is that he never like the symbian interface of the P990i. I had difficulty when starting to use the P1i too. But am ok now. Well byrop, i drop my nokia 6230i to the toilet bowl before and got it all wet... after 5 hour of drying it on perfectly and function as usual. Guess it depend on luck more than branding.

Furthermore, you didn't specifically tell us what's wrong with the Sony phone you bought. It may be a unique case whatsoever. I'm not a sony freak or lover, but i bought a K750i for my wife a while ago, and it still is good.

Comment: I bought my worst phone from Sony Ericsson, model P990i and since then swear to never buy anything from anything with the word 'Sony' on it, even for pirated Sony brand. I had to live and torture myself for the next 1 year until iPhone comes out to fully utilise the depreciated value of the phone that costs RM2,999.00 at that time. Until today, my motto for Sony, 'Good marketing with worst product usability' still holds true for Sony to this very second. My message to Sony: the only value you still have for your product is your super expensive price that never justify any physical part of your product that gives the product value. Nonsense marketing, I'd say.
