First Nintendo revealed that it's next generation console will be using a remote control like device as it's controller. Now, Apple has revealed it's new iMac line will also include a remote control. The remote control will be used to operate the iMac like a media center that can play Music, Dvds, Videos and Photos. Since Apple seem to have phased out it's CRT Mac line, this could be the future of entertainment. The CRT-less iMacs don't have an external CPU unit. Everything is built into the display. Hence it will look like any other LCD display with the ever so cool Apple finish. An integrated media center that works well with your IPod, has wifi and has a remote control for easy navigation. Sounds good to me. Of course the catch will be in the pricing.
On a side note, Arstechnica has a scan of a supposed Revolution ad in the coming EDGE magazine. See for yourself and decide, whether it's a lightsaber ad or something else.
