In celebration of their 25th year in operation, Microsoft Hardware has released a slew of new products including the revived SideWinder gaming mouse. Of course there were other devices that were launched as well including, 3 other mice, 2 webcams and a wireless keyboard. Here is the list of products that were launched; Mobile Memory Mouse 8000, Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000, Wireless Notebook Laser Mouse 7000, SideWinder Gaming Mouse, LifeCam NX-3000, LifeCam VX-7000 and Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000 (keyboard).

Most of you will most likely be interested in the new SideWinder gaming mouse and we won't be surprised why. The mouse is tricked out to be ultimate gaming mouse with customisable weights to DPI. It comes with 10 buttons with five programmable main buttons, the first in-game macro recording button right on the mouse, and the first-ever LCD on a gaming mouse. You might also be interested with the Mobile Memory mouse which has 1GB of memory built into its IR receiver. The mouse can be used either with normal wireless or Bluetooth, should your notebook or PC be Bluetooth enabled. Custom Tuning

Gaming System

• A cable anchor and accessories storage box allows gamers to adjust the cable length for a wireless feel, and it doubles as a storage box for extra mouse accessories such as weights and feet.

The Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000 it  the first wireless rechargeable keyboard and the first wireless backlit keyboard. It features such as ambient backlighting that senses when a room is dimly lit, capacitive sensing keys that function like a mouse when you're away from your desk, and 2.4 GHz Bluetooth with First Connect technology so it works right out of the box, promises low interference and up to 30-feet of range.
