Microsoft Corp. today announced the new SideWinder X3 gaming mouse and three new Special Editions of the bestselling Arc mouse.
The new SideWinder X3 is an ambidextrous, eight button gaming mouse which can be used comfortably on either hand and features a 2,000 dpi laser-tracking with on-the-fly dpi switching that is easy on the wallet, with a SRP of just RM139.00.
Like other SideWinder mices, the X3 has 5 programmable main buttons and each has a rated life span of 10 million clicks. Additional features include:
• IntelliPoint software to create and assign macros
• Wide, detented scroll wheel for more precise click movement
• Low-profile lateral side buttons for easy access during gaming and everyday computing
• Wide-glide feet for smooth handling and a light, balanced feel
Also launched today are 3 Special Edition Arc mouse. The original Arc mouse which reached the Top 10 list of best-selling mice after just two months on the US market is now available in 3 more new colours: deep olive green, marine blue and eggplant purple, to supplement the red, black and white editions already in the market.
SRP for the new Special Edition Arc mouse is RM189.00. Both mices can be found at all leading IT stores and retailers.
