Malaysia, among other Southeast Asian countries are
being touted as the next emerging markets for offshore outsourcing
based on CNN's article. With rising wage demands and infrastructure not
being able to cope with the demand, India may no longer look as
lucrative a country to outsource anymore. And countries like Malaysia
may benefit from India's (potential) loss.
So perhaps people like I currently in Down Under
will be harassed by call centers back home. Perhaps we could talk about
dinner back home?
