Touch-screens And Dual-cores For New Batch Of Eee PCs?

The ASUS Eee PC gained popularity for it’s no-bullshit, made for light usage properties. However in a strange twist of fate (or price point repositioning), general manager of Eee PC business at Asustek Samson Hu, announced that future versions of the Eee PC would come equipped with dual-core Atom processors as well as touch-screens. LG Destroys The Megapixel-to-Size Ratio
Korean phone makers LG, who are famed for their uncanny knack of loading up their mobile creations with ridiculous amounts of mega pixels, have gone and done it again. Called the KC780, this new 13.9mm thick slider packs a whopping 8MP camera. Scheduled to launch in Europe this November, an Asian launch should follow soon after.

Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Hands On

Last week, we had the privilege of traveling down to Singapore to witness the launching of the new Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. We promised you live-blogging, but a dodgy notebook battery made that impossible. We also promised you an on-site hands on video, but the combination of quirky venue lighting (the windows were covered with red tint) and horribly amateur camera work rendered the video rather unwatchable. We sincerely apologize for the mishaps, and in place, present you with this in-depth hands on review from Mobile Review.
Rest assured though, that we’re still working on fixing our botched video attempt, as well as posting up the post-event review.
