Hitachi to ship TB sized hard disk by next year

250GB not enough for your desktop hard drive. Need more? Well soon you might be able to get your hands on a 1TB drive a Hitachi has mangaged to develope the world's smallest read-head technology for hard disk drives, allowing hard disk capacities to be ramped up to 4 terabytes (TB) for desktop hard disk and 1 TB for notebook hard disk.
