Dynamic websites infringing US patent? |

Hot from slashdot,
it seems that InfoSpinner/epicRealm (a company based/from USA) has a
patent for dynamic websites and is actively using it to sue others.
The patents (#1,#2) describe how a dynamic website, such as Mambo that runs the frontpage on Lowyat.net works.
Well, vaguely anyway.
It'll be interesting to see how this case turns out.
