Build Your Own Touch Sensitive Musical Light Up Hoodie |

We've seen couple of light-up hoodies in few shops around
the town before but how about a touch sensitive version of it? How about if it
also plays music according to your touch level?
That is exactly what Kanjun
Qiu created for the High-Low Tech research group at MIT Media Labs. Named as Soundie,
she also wrote the step by step instructions to build it yourself at Instructables (http://bit.ly/MVRSy). The
overall cost looks pretty steep though as all listed parts in the guide were in
US Dollar.
We hope local tech gizmos out there would be able to
recreate this hoodie with a more wallet friendly price tag and locally sourced parts. Checkout the video
demo (http://bit.ly/AFOVY), we can already imagine playing Kalinka with it
while doing Russian dance at the same time.
