JVC Mobile Entertainment's new 2008 lineup includes a host of products offering expanded Bluetooth connectivity for hands-free calling, audio control and streaming, and increased convenience and safety. The following receivers from JVC Mobile feature built-in Bluetooth technology; the KD-AVX44 El Kameleon Multimedia Receiver, the KD-ADV49 El Kameleon Multimedia Receiver for Arsenal Series, the KD-ABT22 CD Receiver, and the KD-BT11 CD Receiver.
Also new for 2008 is the AA-T100BT wireless Bluetooth adapter for iPod. The interface connects to iPod for wireless high-quality audio streaming into a JVC Bluetooth head unit and uses the iPod’s internal battery power so there is no charging required.
All JVC “Ready for Bluetooth” in-dash stereos are compatible with the KS-BTA200 add-on Bluetooth adapter. The KS-BTA200 offers audio streaming, hands-free, phone book transfer, text message display and voice dialing. The KS-BTA200 includes a microphone.
JVC Mobile and Arsenal Series Receivers that feature built-in Bluetooth or are Bluetooth-ready via an interface offer hands-free calling while driving. Phone calls can easily be made and received directly through the receiver, and voice recognition technology enables immediate dialing from the driver’s cell phone without the distraction of handling the phone while driving. Phone book entries can be stored and accessed on the receiver, and text messages can also be displayed on-screen.

JVC's KD-AVX44
Receiver captured the 2008 CEA Innovations Award (Consumer Electronic
Association) for its sophisticated multimedia features and sleek design. It
brings back its cool, trademark black-out faceplate which allows the receiver
to go into stealth mode and appear black when the vehicle is not in use. The
unique touch panel features electrostatic technology that allows control of the
receiver by touch on its modern, "no buttons" design. A proximity
sensor in the faceplate illuminates the smart panel when your hand approaches
to give a new command.
The
KD-AVX44 is equipped with USB for iPod audio and video playback. The iPod audio
connection is controlled by a plug-and-play USB 2.0 port for high-speed control
during menu surfing and between songs. The
USB for iPod video connection is made available via a KS-U20 cable for the
fastest in-vehicle iPod control possible. The cable also charges iPod audio and
video, and displays the iPod's album jacket artwork.
The KD-AVX44 receiver offers intuitive control by animated 3D GUI, headphone
surround sound in Dolby 5.1, MOSFET 50W x 4, 7-Band iEQ, high voltage 5V line
and subwoofer preouts, gold-plated A/V input and output terminals, and
multilingual display.

Flip-Out
Monitor Saves Space
KD-AV7100

single-DIN unit, coupled with a 7-inch flip-out screen for a bigger viewing

Beyond
Hands Free
JVC
now offers the best Bluetooth functions that meet the consumer demands with
KD-BT11, allowing audio streaming through A2DP (advanced audio distribution

World's Smallest Amplifiers Bring Big Power
The
ampliers KS-AR8001D (digital mono power), KS-AR8004D (bridgeable digital
4-channel) and KS-AR8002D (bridgeable digital 2-channel) provide high quality
sound and high grade packed in compact sizes, approximately B5 paper size. The floating isolated structure IC cuts out
noise from inside, so just one analog feedback is enough to achieve high
quality sound exceeding ICE power. Because the feedback is only once, the
response is quicker and a wide frequency range can be covered. It also prevents
high frequency sound being eliminated by repeated feedback.
In
addition, the operational amplifier co-developed with an IC manufacturer
provides natural and superior sound, quite unlike a digital amplifier. JVC's KD-AVX44
