Comment: From all the commente posted here, none of them mention anything about the right of subscriber! Do u know that TM actually commited fraud, if they know beforehead they cannot offer such services but still promote to customers? For instead, if they know in advance, from complaints or other means, the speed in certain areas could not be achieve, or as TM net put it- best effort, and TM still offer such speed to new customers.
