Comment: Any new large scale IT system implementation like M2U always need time for stabilization. Likewise for The Star, Air Asia, and MAS websites. All of them suffer some bad time at the beginning of new launches. Worst of all, M2U already has already HUGE number of visitors daily before they migrate. Therefore, sure they'll have problem at the beginning! Give the Team time!
