Probably jason case is that he never like the symbian interface of the P990i. I had difficulty when starting to use the P1i too. But am ok now.
Well byrop, i drop my nokia 6230i to the toilet bowl before and got it all wet... after 5 hour of drying it on perfectly and function as usual. Guess it depend on luck more than branding.
