Comment: well,i pay 88 for 1.5Mbps package. i suppose to be able and legal to fully utilize 1.5Mbps because i already pay for it. i m utilize the bandwidth for p2p, online video, online game, surfing, chatting and whatever shit. We're only utilize the bandwidth we pay for and "most of the time" or "all of the time" we dont even get the bandwidth that we pay for. What "ISP" still complaining about the bandwidth we use?
