Comment: Pls note that HP Compaq Presario V3614au is a Great Gaming laptop computer compare to V3765TU its own rival Sibling ,which is a "Knock Out". I will consider to purchase the Compaq Presario V3614au for a Future VG programmer like me. Sum sum water ! AMD reign supreme! Intel an Average Leader. Save money on V3765TU !

Comment: Easy, if you have problems getting the drivers, do like what I did.
1) Download from HP website 2) Go back to the shop you purchased the laptop, they should be able to supply you the drivers in a Thumbdrive, dont ask them to install, they will charge. So you take home and install it yourself.
For my case, the shop is kind enough to do it all for me for free.
Anyway the F731Au model is actually worth buying, Fast and comes with full feature. The graphic card to die for.
Good luck. Muhammad

Comment: Hi
Just bought this laptop yesterday evening and what can i say? It's fast but rebooted a few times and i suspected is the winXP problem (believed it's a pirated copy). The shop installed it for their customer. I have added 1Gb ram (totalled 1.5gb). Anyway, I would like to know if anyone out there facing the same problem with me, when you plug in your headphone into the headphone jack, the speaker on the laptop did not cancelled out (meaning still got sound). Sound will be heard from both build-in speaker and headphone. And when you boot-up the NB, the startup sound is very loud and after adjusting it, will be the same (loud) after reboot. Any feedbank will be highly appreciated.
Thanks and regards
Robert

Comment: Thanks a lot for the comprehensive review. It's quite impressive for you to include the new Tyler architecture for the CPU. I just bought the laptop itself. Now I know I better about it. Btw, regarding the left palmrest clicking sound, I have to say that it's a technical defect rather than standard for, mine doesn't produce any kind of that sound. I advice you refer to HP center for warranty. Have a good day.

Comment: Hi Eiraku,
Since you were provided with the driver DVD, I was wondering if you would be kind enough to share that driver DVD so that all who are buying or have bought this laptop would benefit from it.
Regards, Eric
