Upon confirmation that you would like to advertise with us, send out an email to with a copy of the banner, location to be placed as well as duration

banner ad and advice you on the payment details based on your duration

PAYMENT
All
payments for banner adverts should be paid upfront at the begining of
the month. Payment details will be made available upon confirmation and
placement of banner adverts. Payments can be made via cheques/bank drafts or direct debit to our accounts.
RESTRICTIONS

reserves the right to refuse any Banner Ad request, or to cancel the
Banner Ad that does not fulfill the obligations set in the contract. LOWYAT.NETdoes not accept Banner Ad requests from organizations selling products or services related to pornography or that is obscene.
Due to an agreement with our current webhosting provider, LOWYAT.NET will also not
be accepting any kind of advertisment with regards to webhosting
promotions.
ACCEPTANCE OF ADVERTISING POLICY
Advertising is accepted and published entirely on the consideration that the advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and save LOWYAT.NET harmless from and against any claims or suits based upon any aspect of subject matter of the advertisement. LOWYAT.NET reserves the right to reject advertisements considered unacceptable as to wording, appearance, or for any other reason.
