Recently, Dell have announced that customers in selected markets are now able to equip the new Ivy Bridge-E Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition processors in their Alienware Aurora desktop system. Interestingly, Malaysia is part of those selected markets.

These overclock-friendly processors are available with up to six cores configuration together with a maximum Turbo Boost speed of 4.0GHz. In the case of Alienware Aurora systems, these Ivy Bridge-E processors are overclocked even further at up to 4.3GHz right from the factory.
On top of Ivy Bridge-E options, Dell have also added AMD Radeon HD 8950, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 and dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 into the list of graphics card that Malaysian customers are able to equip into their Aurora system. The price of Alienware Aurora desktop system starts from RM 5,599 onwards and is available through Dell Malaysia’s official website right away.
