Slow day in the office? Here’s something to while the minutes away.
Google’s I/O conference, scheduled for sometime in May, has just had its registration website up and running. And, true to the company’s penchant for adding elements of fun into their sites (think Google Doodle) the I/O registration website adds countless Easter Eggs that can be accessed via clicking on the large I and O logos to form binary strings.
The Next Web and The Verge has uncovered several, such as cats, musical instruments, and even bowling. We’ve managed to find some others, but do share with us your discoveries in the comments section below! TNW reports that there is a “winning code” but does not state where it leads you to.
The site also has an indicator to show that you’re going the right path with your binary coding. Keep clicking on the Is and Os and if the string below the logos glow red, the string is wrong, and you will be automatically starting a new string. It’s geeky, but you’ll be spending way more time than you expected.
